Since the initial launch of the MercyCare website many years ago, the site had since grown significantly and through years of developing the sitemap and content, the purpose and goals for the website had also changed over time.
We were therefore very excited when MercyCare approached us to discuss the website re-design. It was a fantastic opportunity for us to re-look at the different target audience groups, how they were using the website, and how we could improve this experience for them overall.
The sitemap and content were reviewed and re-structured to cater for the end-user, and the functionality of the website was updated to the latest version of BamCMS so that MercyCare could take advantage of our most recent range of modules, such as the Donations and Careers Modules.
