Select Stays required a website which would efficiently manage their many listings of short stay accommodation, giving operators better control over their listings and providing their end users with a streamlined experience that meets their every need. The site also required a payment system for booking services and it was our job to effectively manage the processes involved to ensure error free transactions and reduce administration time.
Bam Creative are long time partners of Select Stays and in 2011 we were given the task to make an overhaul of functionality and redesign the site. Working closely with the client we created a strategy that would suit fit the goals and ideals of the company and would be appealing to the end users.
Our designers worked with the client to create a new design while utilising the existing logo to present an inviting but professional image for the Select Stays brand. Next, the project team decided on how the new site would be managed by the Select Stays team and their operators. We recommended building a custom system purely for the use of Select Stays to ensure that it would provide the perfect functionality.
Since the launch in May 2011, we have had ongoing weekly strategy meetings to review the website and plan new features that reduce administration overhead by improving automated services and improved reporting.
