Perth Vasectomy Clinic is a  family planning clinic, committed to providing men with high quality vasectomy services. 

With a fully equipped surgery and highly-trained staff, the primary aim for this project was to promote Perth Vasectomy Clinic as a leading provider in family planning services by creating a visual identity suite, a video and a brand new website.

An immersive online experience

The newly created visual identity and video are nicely incorporated into the website, creating a fresh design which is to-the-point. The video and main calls to action take their prominent place on the homepage, with an invitation to scroll down and delve deeper into the rest of the information available.

For this project, we incorporated the use of video to show potential clients the high quality service and equipment available at Perth Vasectomy clinic. Shooting a video of the inside walls of your business is a great way to showcase your business facilities, give them a better understanding of the products and services you offer and provide reassurance to your audience.

Using the video as a focal point of the website gives Perth Vasectomy Clinic an edge over their competitors; it lets potential clients see inside the business without ever having to go there or pick up the phone.

The video is not displayed on smaller devices, as not to distract the user from their quest for information. However, the calls-to-action remain prominent underneath the header giving users a quick and easy way to request a consultation.

A complete branding suite

Branding is incredibly important to any business, as it is essentially their reputation. It needs to accurately reflect the service a business offers and the values of the people who are part of the business.

We began the visual identity process by establishing Perth Vasectomy Clinic’s strengths, point of difference and what feelings they wanted to invoke in their target markets; both men and women, who may be looking for information for their partner.

Colour associations played a significant role in this process. The colour palette incorporates a royal blue, associated with strength, stability, trust and confidence. It is balanced out by the neutral charcoal colour, which is sophisticated, conservative and formal.

The logo was created with both a logo mark and a logotype,  so it could be used on a myriad of items such as business cards, uniforms and signs. Care was taken to ensure that the logo is easily recognisable and connected to the overall identity through all variations.

The rounded corners of the medical cross in the circle give the logo mark a traditional feel, while the name of the business is set in a strong sans-serif font, giving it a modern feel and ensuring that both elements are of equal weight and importance.

The implementation stage of the branding process included the application of the logo and visual style across all stationery and communications, creating a strong, consistent brand experience.

Care was taken whilst desgining the logo and branding to ensure that it could easily be replicated and translated into garments, such as uniforms.
