An award winning tech startup born out of our office, 6Q has customers across the globe with its easy to implement employee pulse surveys.

Originally built for our own use, this Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) startup has been used by companies large and small, from retail to professional services, in Australia, United States, Sweden, United Kingdom, New Zealand and further afield.

From inception through design and development

6Q was originally created as part of a Bam Creative ‘hack’ session in 2014, with the aim of creating a minimum viable product in a single evening. This led to an app with a simple premise and user interface, which has been iterated on based on user feedback since.

The user interface was kept very simple and mobile device friendly, and this has become a defining feature of 6Q. The user interface is constantly being iterated on to create the best user experience possible.

Using the growth hacking philosophy, the Bam Creative team has used a variety of channels to experiment with converting into leads and customers.

Style Guide

As 6Q is being constant improved and iterated on by the development team, a clear guide for UI components and branding elements was needed.

We created a simple living style guide to use as a reference, which draws directly from the app stylesheet to ensure that it will always be up to date.

 
The future is bright

6Q continues to gain new customers, and build an even better product. Based on user feedback and requests, new features are being rolled out by the development team on a regular basis. We hope to continue to grow 6Q and apply what we learn to future product design work with other clients.
